The place to be for the beverage industry's expert community! BrauBeviale in Nuremberg is one of the leading trade fairs for the global beverage industry. Its focus is on the European market. It has been held annually at the Exhibition Centre Nuremberg since 1979, except in the drinktec years. For three days, BrauBeviale offers the international beverage industry community a central platform for professional and personal dialogue, showcases the state of the art in the industry and provides impetus.

BrauBeviale is the platform for small and medium-sized companies and start-ups in the beverage industry – but global players also appreciate the relaxed working atmosphere.
The exhibitors offer products and solutions along the entire process chain for the production of beer, water, soft drinks, fruit juice, wine, sparkling wine and spirits. The offer ranges from raw materials, technologies and components to packaging, accessories and marketing ideas.
For me, BrauBeviale remains the most important networking event in the European beverage market. I get to visit clients and business partners, keep up with trends, and make new connections. It’s not just three days, these connections continue after the event and set the course for the following year.
At the TUM Venture Lab FAB, I work with start-ups in the drinks sector on a daily basis, supporting them on their journey from concept to market readiness. BrauBeviale is a vital meeting place for these young companies: nowhere else do technological innovation, industrial practice and the entire value chain of the drinks industry come together in such a concentrated way. It’s a must-attend event for founders looking to expand their network and find the partners of tomorrow.
For me, BrauBeviale is far more than just a trade fair: it is a hub for innovation, exchange and fresh ideas across the entire drinks industry. Especially in times of change, this is where ideas and partnerships emerge that help to actively shape the future of our industry.

We greatly value this direct exchange, as it creates exactly the right synergies to jointly launch forward-looking co-creation projects and drive the industry’s sustainable development.
BrauBeviale brings together international experts and fosters exchange within this diverse community. As President of the Association of Certified Beer Sommeliers, I particularly value the combination of professional dialogue, innovation and practical discussions with warm, friendly and open-minded people. For me, BrauBeviale is therefore an important and relevant platform for networking, for progress and for a shared, appreciative outlook on the future of beer culture.
To strengthen both sectors, it is highly beneficial to bring the two sectors together, share innovations and develop them further jointly. Perhaps the exchange of production know-how will one day be followed by a joint marketing and sales campaign.
BrauBeviale in Nuremberg is a must-attend event - not only for me personally, but also for tens of thousands of trade visitors from the brewing and beverage industry! The latest innovations, exciting topics, constructive discussions and interesting fringe events in an informal atmosphere make BrauBeviale an unrivalled event.
BrauBeviale offers an impressive range of cellar technology machines and consumables – also for the wine sector. From filtration to tank technology, yeasts and treatment agents, I was able to gain valuable insights into innovations. The bottling and packaging area was also particularly interesting.

Cooperation with the German Winegrowers' Association (DWV)
In order to draw more attention to the diverse range of products and services offered by BrauBeviale in the field of wine, we have teamed up with a strong partner. The German Winegrowers' Association (DWV) provides us with comprehensive advice on all topics relevant to winegrowers and wineries. In return, we will contribute our event expertise to the 65th DWV Congress powered by BrauBeviale in Mainz in December 2025.
