Biomass as a green alternative to gas

The brewing industry in the EU faces major challenges: rising energy costs, vulnerable supply chains, ambitious climate targets, the decarbonization of the industry, and growing customer demands. A case study from the Danish brewery Vestfyen shows that biomass can serve as an economical and carbon-neutral alternative to natural gas.
