Networking, visibility, inspiration - that's what women4beverages has been all about since the network was founded in November 2023 on the initiative of BrauBeviale event manager Andrea Kalrait and her team. women4beverages – Our manifesto
We are women4beverages – the only inclusive network specifically aimed at women in the beverage industry – but we also welcome interested men. Together, we are shaping the future of our industry with passion, courage and expertise. Our manifesto stands for what unites and drives us.
I am firmly convinced that we can achieve more together. For me, it was really just the next logical step to launch women4beverages together and give women a space where they can inspire and support each other.
women4beverages is open to everyone and is committed to visibility and empowerment. And that is so important for the attractiveness and revitalisation of the beverage industry! women4beverages serves everyone. I find that very charming.
I took my first steps into the beer market through a group of women, and now, eight years later, my passion for creating a more inclusive, diverse, and equitable market drives me forward. This is why women4beverages is so vital.
I am involved with women4beverages because, as a personnel consultant, I have often found that heterogeneous teams can achieve more more quickly than homogeneous ones. In the beverage world in particular, clients are increasingly asking me to find female specialists and managers; women4beverages provides the platform for this.

Our events
Several times a year, we organise face-to-face meetings on topics that matter to women: careers, leadership, care work, self-care and communication. During drinktec in Munich and BrauBeviale in Nuremberg, we get together to strengthen our personal connections and grow as a group. Originally established in a German-speaking environment, our goal is to expand our network internationally and connect women in the beverage industry worldwide.
