Inspiration and new ideas for a strong future – with this offering, BrauBeviale in Nuremberg is positioning itself once again as a must-attend event for all experts in the European brewing and beverage industry in 2026. From 10 to 12 November 2026, the trade fair will offer a look at the development of new market perspectives and product offerings – such as for the growth segment of non-alcoholic beer in the brewing sector – under the motto ‘All Beverages. One Future.’ In addition, other beverage segments will be given greater prominence: in the upcoming trade fair package for 2026 and 2027, organiser YONTEX will focus in particular on the production of non-alcoholic soft drinks.

“The options for Europe's medium-sized brewery and beverage industry to expand their product portfolio need to be developed further,” emphasises Executive Director Markus Kosak, who is responsible for YONTEX's entire trade fair portfolio. Expanding the range of products on offer is a logical consequence of changing consumer habits. The potential of non-alcoholic beer is particularly important here, as it will provide further impetus for the brewing sector in the European market. 

While the range of wine and spirits products on offer was already enhanced in the 2023 and 2024 trade fair years, organiser YONTEX is now drawing the attention of exhibitors and visitors even more clearly to the production of non-alcoholic soft drinks. This is also reflected in the new slogan, ‘All Beverages. One Future.’ which broadens the focus away from the traditional emphasis on beer and presents an even more comprehensive portfolio of offerings for the beverage industry. The unity of “Brau” and ‘Beviale’ is thus also intensively reflected in the slogan..

Enlarging the beverage portfolio

‘Our exhibitors have long been serving all beverage segments with their solutions and products,’ says Kosak. ‘We see that many beverage manufacturers are looking for options to expand their product range – preferably using the equipment they already have.’ Of course, technical adjustments are necessary if beverage manufacturers want to tap into the market with new beverage creations, but BrauBeviale, with its wide range of products from all leading manufacturers of process technology, raw materials, packaging options and marketing solutions, offers a strong basis for future orientation. ‘If they want to get an overview of the entire range for a market-oriented expansion of their product and marketing portfolio in all beverage sectors, BrauBeviale is the right place for them!’

New, compact hall layout

It is already becoming apparent that exhibitors at BrauBeviale are placing greater emphasis on non-alcoholic beverages in their product ranges. In addition to the expanded range of products on offer, another new feature is the revised hall layout, with Halls 6 to 12 at the Nuremberg Exhibition Centre, which optimises visitor guidance and enhances the atmosphere of the trade fair as a meeting place for experts. ‘It is very important to us that we arrange the trade fair's focal points in a way that is appropriate and coherent for all visitors – this will be a particular focus of our planning from February onwards,’ emphasises Kosak. "This will further enhance one of BrauBeviale's outstanding advantages, namely the intensive opportunity to network with trade visitors and cultivate business contacts.
The supporting programme also focuses on the expanded product range: under the theme ‘Time for opportunities’, visitors will be offered a wide range of presentations and expert insights, always with the aim of supporting practical and implementable solutions in the industry. Direct exchange with industry experts is the core brand value of this established trade fair. Markus Kosak: ‘With its focus on a strong European beverage and brewing industry, BrauBeviale will continue to be the ideal platform for exchange among practitioners in 2026.’
