Technological considerations for brewing non-alcoholic beers

The AfG segment is growing strongly and will probably continue to do so in the future. Breweries are therefore well advised to include non-alcoholic beers in their portfolio. When producing a non-alcoholic beer with alternative yeasts, biological stability and an excellent flavour profile are challenges for small and medium-sized breweries, which the following technological guidelines provide a basis for overcoming.
