Joint project for the heat transition at König-Brauerei

The time had come on 30 August 2024. On that day, the new energy supply system was officially inaugurated at the König brewery in Duisburg. The special thing about the project is the cooperation with two partners: the steel giant thyssenkrupp Steel Europe and the energy supplier E.ON. Dr Lydia Junkersfeld spoke to Guido Christiani, Technical Managing Director of the König brewery, which is part of the Bitburger Group, about this innovative energy supply concept.
